- A Success Fees (Brokerage) of 2% of the finalized basic cost will be applicable to the property owner.
- Success Fees (Brokerage) will have to be paid in full on the date of Agreement Registration.
- RessCom Cubes will not be responsible for any litigation, whether before or after the sale of the property.
